We are more than just a software company. We are a healthcare company that brings together software, clinical, financial, and operational acumen to help our clients succeed. We are industry experts who treat every client's lab as if it were our own. It is this knowledge and care for our customers that ensures we deliver measurable value. By protecting the integrity of laboratory specimens as they translate to data, and then to information, we’re able to provide healthcare professionals with a better view of what is ailing their laboratories and networks.

The Rhodes Group was founded and incorporated in 2000 with a commitment to serve the laboratory marketplace through operational efficiency, revenue collections, analytics, and lab consulting services. We have since grown, driven by the desire to help our clients solve complex problems. In 2015, the Rhodes Group was purchased by a core customer, TriCore Reference Laboratories.

Today, Rhodes Group supports thousands of end-users belonging to multiple clients, from Hawaii to the East coast of the United States.

Rhodes Group enables the comprehensive, cost-effective approach to lab evolution resulting in better patient care outcomes, more efficient operations, and greater revenue.

Become the pre-eminent healthcare lab technology provider in the nation by maximizing efficiency, accuracy and revenue capture for our laboratory and health system customers.

Rhodes Group’s C21 Partners is a collective of innovators in technology working together to support the clinical laboratory’s migration to 21st century healthcare.

TriCore is the parent company of Rhodes Group and provides subject matter expertise in our clinical and laboratory analytics. Their nationally recognized laboratory quality and process expertise is made available to the Rhodes Group as we create solutions to support TriCore initiatives.

We recognize that our employees are our company’s greatest asset. We are always in search of smart, dedicated people who are passionate about making a difference in healthcare.
